Deposits & Cancellations Policy
Deposit Policy:
- A credit card is required for all reservations
- A deposit of 30% is required on all reservations.
- This deposit is applied at the time of booking. The remaining 70% owing is charged anytime prior to arrival to the campground.
- Final payment can be made by cash, Visa, Master Card or debit card.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:

- Reservations cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund and no cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 4 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the full booking amount.
- Reservations cancelled 0 (no shows) to 3 days receive no refund.
* Pine Ridge Park reserves the right to cancel any reservation if it is from a guest who has failed to comply with our terms & conditions and rules in the past. *
*Pine Ridge Park does not issue cash refunds unless the stay is terminated by the Park owners. Guests who have to leave early due to illness, for example, will be given a credit for the days left on their reservation to be applied for another stay at the campground which must be taken within the period of one year.
